I've decided that maybe it's time to find a new place to work...I'm getting very, very tired of listening to all of these people bitch in my ear, just because they are too fucking stupid to understand how their credit cards work. I think that if you can't understand how something like a credit card works, you don't deserve to have it. Now I'm not saying that if you don't understand something, you shouldn't have it. I do know that a lot of people out there don't understand how everything works in their computers, yet millions of people have computers. That's not the point that I'm trying to reach here. If you can't understand the fact that, if we tell you that you have "6 months same as cash", you have 6 months to pay off the purchase, and as long as you do that, you won't have to pay for any finance charges on that amount. You'll still be charged those finance charges during the 6 month time.

~sighs~ Maybe I'm just getting burned out on all of this customer service junk. I really wish that I could get an IT job like I've been wanting. The main problem with that is that I don't have at least a bachelor's degree, so I've got to go back to school and get quite a bit more schooling. One of the main reasons that I've stayed at this job for so long is because of the fact that they will pay for me to go back to school. I guess I'm just going to have to put up with it for a while longer, so that I can get a good education and move up in the world.
