Well, I would've posted something up yesterday, but Blogger got hacked into, and they weren't letting anyone get online to post on the weblogs. I don't blame them though, and it was probably the best, just for the simple fact that then the Blogger admins could access who was online and try to track down the hacker that got into the system. It would be much easier to track a few connections onto the servers, then hundreds or thousands of connections. (claps) Well done, Blogger admins! Well done indeed! (/claps)

I hope that everyone who visits my site got what they wanted for the holidays. Mine was quite enjoyable, other then the fact that I had to travel to the in-laws, which is a four hour trip Christmas eve, then had to drive back Christmas day. So I was driving for about 8 hours of the 24 hours of Christmas, and that, my friends, sucks ass. I tell you what though, my son made out like gangbusters this Christmas, and it was his first christmas. Not only did Cindy and I buy him a shitload of Fisher Price toys and clothes, but so did my parents, Cindy's parents, and my grandparents. This boy has got more electronic toys then his mother and I know what to do with. I got Cindy a few clothes that she'd been wanting, a necklace, some perfume, and i let her buy a whole shitload of christmas decorations for next year. I think that the decorations are what she's enjoyed the most out of everything. I bought myself a 40 gig Maxtor hard drive and a Samsung 16x CDR drive. Cindy got me the adidas cologne that I wear, along with a copy of Lunar 2:Eternal Blue Complete. I haven't had a chance to start playing it yet, but I might try to make some time this weekend. ^_^

FWIW, it's supposed to snow here tonight, which might be a good thing, 'cause then I'll have a chance to catch up on some sleep. I started playing Final Fantasy X last night at about 9.25pm , and I didn't stop playing until around 5.00am this morning. Cindy asked me if I needed to go to "Gamer's Anonymous" or something. I told her that I didn't, I just wanted to get in as much playing as I could before I had to return the game this morning. Since I played FFX for almost 8 hours last night, I didn't get any work done on my website or the webcomic. I figure that since I don't have the game at home tonight, calling out to me to play it, I'll get some work done tonight. I want to at least get the webcomic site coded and uploaded by tomorrow night, so that way I can have all weekend to work on drawing for the comic. YEY! That, and New Year's Day is my son's birthday, so I know I won't be able to get anything done that day.

I just found out that we get out of work at 8pm on New Year's Eve! w00t! That sounds so much better then having to work until 9pm, because if it's anything as slow as Christmas Eve was, then I'll be leaving probably a couple hours early. I can handle that! hehehe

I'm outta here for now...next update whenever the hell I feel like it!
Laterz!

Happy Holidays to everyone who visits my meager site here on the web! I hope that everyone has a wonderful holiday season. Myself, it's Christmas Eve, and I've got to work. (sighs) This was NOT how I wanted to spend Christmas Eve, especially considering that I've got Final Fantasy X waiting at home for me, just begging to be played. I've played about 10 hours of the game so far, and I've found it to be the most enjoyable of the bunch so far. I think the new battle system is roxxor. Being able to switch characters in the middle of the battles, not to mention weapons/armor on each character in the party is a great change to the old ATB system. The voice acting is not the best, but considering this is Square's first foray into having VA in a Final Fantasy game, it's better then expected. Of course, with the game being for the PS2, the graphics are just amazing. This is one of the first games that I've seen for the PS2 where the game engine graphics are almost as good as the cut-scene movies. If you have a PS2, and you get the chance to go out and rent/buy this game, I would definitely recommend it. You won't regret it, unless you don't like RPG's, but then again, you wouldn't be considering buying FFX anyways.

btw, have I mentioned that Windows 2000 pro is win? I like the fact that it's much more stable then windows 98se is. When a program crashes in 2k pro, a little dialog box pops up saying "your program is not responding, would you like to wait or close the program", and you can close the program right from the dialog box. It doesn't crash the whole operating system like it would in 98se, and less crashes are ALWAYS a good thing. It's too bad I can't use Windows XP tho, cause I had considered installing it and going with it. Unfortunately, my current computer is too slow to allow me to run XP. That's alright tho, cause I'm going to work on building a new comp when I get my tax return back. ^_^ Tax returns are a good thing. Having to pay taxes is a bad thing.

Well, that's all I can think of for right now. Happy Holidays to everyone, and I'll see ya wednesday!
Laterz!

FWIW, it's snowing here now. Maybe we'll have a white christmas after all.
